Which integrated dishwasher?

Hi
We will be replacing our kitchen early in the new year. I think that we have decided on Bosch micro, hob and single oven but need decide on dishwasher (fully integrated, 600mm), what would you recommend? (we are a 2 person household but frequently have guests and dinner parties)

Bosch, Neff and Siemens all part of the same group. The spec and programmes do vary slightly and Neff give slightly better value for money. All three brands have the usual two year full warranty.
