Hotpoint have had a five year parts guarantee for over 30 years now but it doesn’t make them quality machines, especially over the last 10 years. Through my source I can buy the appliance on trade and get 5 years parts and labour. They brought out a new pcb with different software which was supposed to cure the over sensitive OOB.
