    Hey,

    As of a week ago my dryer has been making a rattling noise, today the belt finally came off the tension wheel which has a lot of play and wobbles. I managed to get the belt on for now, but I imagine the same is going to happen.

    I was wondering which tension pulley wheel I need for my dryer, the make is Hotpoint and the model is FETC70CP, it is around 2 years old… I’ve looked briefly online but the websites do not specifically state that they support my model, hence me coming here!

    but they are now recommending
    part number C00504520

    this is an updated stronger design than the original and is recommended

    you could ask site shop to see if they can supply this updated part. do not under any circumstances use a pattern part they don’t last
