Whirl AWO10561 door light flashing and F11

customer originally reported that machine does initial drain, then door light starts to flash and nothing else happens. Apparently the door is locked. Now customer has noticed F11 displayed.

F11 is comms error between boards
I understand that other places to look include motor brushes/motor.

Any other suggestions gratefully received.

I’d check the wiring between boards 1st paying careful attention to the connectors, also do a Megger check on the Heater and check for dry joints & bad Electrolytics on the PCB.

Seven yr old machine. advised customer over phone that if a new board was required it would be expensive, so she’s buying a new one. Shame, I fancied having a go at at. Anyway thanks v much for your help
