hi this machine wont spin but it empties ok i am not very familiar with these beasts only replaced pumps in past any help appreciated model no is 3rlsq8000jq3

check spin clutch above gearbox

if it got oil on it needs a gearbox too. if its just slipping then friction material prob down to rivets. check drum spins ok ie is it easy to turn whan trying to spin

would check the rubber drive between motor and gearbox before anything else.

The guy on the video describes the sequence for “neutral drain gearbox” which was not fitted to most UK models.
Most UK models will go directly into spin whilst the tub is still full of water.
