    hi all turned on my oven it came on was on for around 5 mins then turned of and wont come back on. it also has a built in grill which also isnt working any ideas what is wrong. thank you.

    well the hob is working fine but nothing else stupid question but how will i know if power working on oven or not?

    If the hob is working then in theory you have power to the oven as well, if there’s a Digital display or an oven light then if you’ve got power to the oven they should be lit.
    You may want to consider calling a local engineer to look at it for you.

    yes the hob is working doesnt have digital display. The oven or the grill wont work?

    Ok: 1 thing you can do is check in the cupboard either side of the oven to check if the oven is connected via a plug or fused connection unit. If it is then check the fuse either by replacement or with a Multimeter to see if it’s good, if you don’t find the problem then i’m afraid it’s time for an Engineer. If you do need an engineer, take a look at the page above your 1st post & click on the link. You should be able to find an approved engineer in your area.
