Hi Guys,
Can anyone help with some information on how to get the water filter holder out.I have a leak on one but cannot see exactly where its coming from,but water is coming from the appliance at the end of the filter holder and I can hear the water fizzing and the sponge behind it is soaking wet also.It looks to me as if you have to go in from underneath?

I’m now thinking the leak is water filter related as the customer has advised it’s never been changed and I cannot remove it!Could it be scale has perished the seal on the filter?I would still like to know how to remove it and the holder?
