hi can anyone send me any tech info on this top loader.not seen this one before.failing to drain so hopefully just blockage. this customer has asked me to look at three machines,do you fellas and ladies have any rule of thumb on how to charge in these situations.paul

Set ‘call-out charge’ for 30 mins on site work then £7.50 per 15 mins thereafter works nicely in my favour on multi appliance service calls. 😀

(Thinks…???? ….Mind you dunno what the Euro equivalent is these days, that’s if it has any value left anyway? :wink:)

many thanks martin for the info.was wondering can someone explain how to remove casing on this model.i think its going to be a watched job.does control panel just flip over to release casing.paul
