whirlpool 6th sense

this w/m all i can get it to do is drain when it is put on a cycle it drains then just sits there, then the door lock starts flashing, i changed the carbons on this about 2 months ago and everything else seems ok?
any ideas pls

Recently had this caused by low carbons – maybe need to look see if there’s one sticking.

cheers it was the brushes 😳 i replaced them not long ago so neglected to check them 😳 com worn them out already new motor req,
