    hi please help my machine says f13 i have tried turning it off to find when u turn back on doesnt turn on at all, 5mins later its switches back on still saying f13. bearing in mind my clothes are going mouldy as we speak as the door will not release, i have held the reset but but flashes back on. i have emptied any water and cleaned the filter pls pls help me all my work uniforms trapped.
    i need to no if there is a magic button to release the door and what else i could try and what has gone wrong pls

    hi, this sounds like a door interlock problem,can u supply ur 85 number and ur serial number should be on ur door or at the back of machine will help to find fault code out thanks.. 🙂

    This has just happened to my machine anyone found a solution ? Please dont ask for number on door as its locked shut and cant get it 🙁 any help appreciated
