Whirlpool 6th sense oven F11 fault code

Hi,
I have a Whirlpool 6th Sense Oven AKZM 655. Shortly after the end of the warranty period the oven developed an intermittent fault resulting in the oven turning itself off part way through cook cycles. This seems to happen regardless of which function is selected but it happens most frequently on the convection bake, forced air, maxi cooking and similar cycles. I have found the only reliable cycle is the fast preheating and conventional cycles. I took it to our local appliance repairer and, as you would expect, he said he couldn’t make it fault. I bought it home again and ran it on the 6th sense function and got an F11 code on the display panel straight away! I have googled Whirlpool error codes for this oven but it appears there is no reference to that particular code. Does anyone know about this code or why the oven will terminate the cooking cycle intermittently.
The oven is around three years old.
