hi all,we have a 3 year old whirpool adg 7550 and on sunday a fault developed.basically my circuit breaker on the fuse box blew.i traced the fault by elimination of the items on the circuit to the dishwasher.
it will take power into it and the prog lights will show but as soon as the door is closed the circuit breaker is tripped.
before finding this i checked the drain and found it blocked so i am wondering if this has shorted the motor or boards or is the a drain block trip switch that i need to reset.

    any help gratefully recieved.
is it worth repairing if its a serious fault?

I’d check whether or not the tray under the machine has water in it. If the workings underneath have had a good soaking, the b reaker will go for sure.

    Power off first.
