    Hi

Can anyone help with this DW Fault.

It won’t let you select any programs just stays on first progrwm pots/pan wash & starts pumping, after a few seconds the green light goes out and the red one comes on (these are on the front of the machine) The DW does this on both draws top & bottom.

Is there a anti-flood mechanism on these DW is it stuck in this mode because it has detected a leak ??

Sorry to sound dumb but never worked on one of these before 😯
Are they easy to repair & get spares ??

Take out the bottom draw as the sensor from memory is at the back left hand side. You only require a small amount of water to activate the anti-flood about a tea spoon very sensitive.

Dry the area and re-try this normally happens when delivered as they are water tested before and if not kept upright water gets into base. 😀

as above sounds like an F1.
You have to make sure the area around and under the mains filter board is bone dry, and that the board has no corrosion/damage.
Once the board is out for inspection you can push a screwdriver under the board chassis gently and it will lift from the base so you can get some kitchen roll underneath .

    Worth checking
1 Abnormal load ie something obstructing the lid closing properly.
    2 Lid motors
3 Link support broken causing 1
4 Leak from inlet pipe/waste pipe mice like the waste pipe
5 air flap in spray arm
    6 Impellor on motor loose

I love them and I get to work on them every day 🙂
