Hello,
My dishwasher has just started to flash when it starts.
Its not like an error code but seems to pulse on and off for a while then wash as normal.
The green light on the front and on the start button both go on and off and the pump seems to go on and off at the same time, for around 2-3 minutes.
Other than that it washes fine

It’s a corruption issue – last one I saw had the inlet valve pulsing as well. Turned out to be the start/run capacitor on the motor. However, that motor is not fitted to all Whirlpools. Mains suppressor is a possible suspect…
