This machine has an electro-mechanical timer, so the posts relating to flashing lights do not apply. These later machines were not very prone to loom breakages, so your suspects are the thermostat, the heater if it has now stopped heating, or the programme timer; which could give both faults.
No easy solution other than to get the test meter out and check the components – if they meter out correctly, it has to be the programme timer. It’s expensive, so you need to get it right!
Power off before going inside, please.
