    Hi,

I would be grateful for any advice – this machine is driving me mad 👿

I have just replaced the circulation pump following recent advice from Penguin. I thought that was it and it was fixed as the machine started fine, drained and the water was now circulating when set to wash on 40,50, 60, 65 or 70 degrees

HOWEVER, after about 20 mins the green light on the control panel moves from the selected temperature to the rinse symbol and the other light (under the diamond) flashes three times as the machine beeps. The water has not heated up.

    Any help- please

    Gary

Doesn’t sound like you’re having much luck there, Gazza. 🙁

Three flashes is no heat detected in the time allowed. I suppose the obvious question, seeing that you had the motor out is, is the plug re-connected to the heater? If yes, you need to perform a resistance check; the heater should read approximately 25 ohms.

Stay safe – power off first.
