    Hi
I have a problem with the above model dishwasher which just started last night. I tried a couple of washes and the tablet dropped out but never dissolved and there is a sound from the dishwasher which I can only describe as a chattering sound from the rear.

I have pulled out the dishwasher and since finding the forum here, I have tried a few different washes etc but I dont seem to get error codes.

It seems like the dishwasher is getting a slight bit of water but nothing much. If I open it during a cycle, it will have a small bit on the bottom (see picture) but thats about it.

I assume my water valve is either gone or stuck?? Any help on how to diagnose/fix the problem would be appreciated 😆

    Small update

Kept latch held in and opened the dishwasher on first soak setting and there is water coming through the bottom spray arm but very very slowly. Its not under any pressure. Seems like just a gravity feed.

I assume this is a pump issue then? The drain pump seems to be running fine but the filling pump doesnt seem to be working

Does the same motor/pump do both purposes? To access the pump on this machine, where do I open it up?

    Thanks for the reply
How do I get access to it on this machine?
Also, are there 2 pumps? One for water and one for waste?

Machine out, towels down. Lay machine on left side and undo lower cover to reveal everything. Power off, of course and beware of the edges of any panel – you can shave with them.

There are inded two separate pumps. The drain pump rarely gives any trouble unless you physically block it.

    Great thanks
Will attack it tomorrow and post back
As for the edges, you’re dead right there!! I did a spot of “shaving” already today! 🙂
