Whirlpool ADG2900 (854276201710) Element

Hi All

I need to replace the element in the above machine as the thermal fuse has blown, SIOS gives me a part number of 481225928843 which no one has in stock, as this is a Fisher and Paykel machine re-baged (I think – going by all the F & P labels inside) would 5045175117264 (connect part no) be the same part? It looks very much the same from the images but I would like some confirmation if possible please.

I can’t tell by the Whirlpool numbers but there are only two different heaters for the F&P dishdrawers. 528616 fits all the variants of the DD603 and 522090 fit all the DD605 versions. IIRC the rating plate should show the original F&P model number. I would bet on it being the earlier 528616 part.

It does look like the same part so i will go with it and hope that it is especially as it is half (or less) the price of the whirlpool one and not special order.

The two heater plates look very similar but the connections are different. If I was a gambling man I would go for 528616.
