    Guys,

I’ve experienced a problem on a job that has me confused, hopefully some of you experienced folk may be able to point me in the right direction.

I went to a Whirlpool ADG6340 that was experiencing problems, basically on starting the cycle the pump starts to run, this is followed by the inlet valve introducing water. Upon the valve opening you hear it start to pulse so that water enters the maching in a pulsating manner. The power led starts to flash in time with the pulsating.

After around 10 minutes the machine (now full of water) starts its cycle and continues as normal.

Any advice on what may be the problem would be appreciated.

i would say that it can only be the bontrol board unless the membrane switch (WI) in the sump is playing up
