Hi i have a Whirlpool adg644br 851164415873 which is apparently not drying properly. I have checked that it is heating(on wash anyway) and customer is using separate rinse aid, both spray arms need replacing which would obviously affect the drying however she has had this problem since before my last visit one year ago when the spray arms were working. What could be causing it not to dry? i am not familiar with these machines do certain washes not do proper drying cycles like some Hotpoints? thanks alot for any advice i appreciate it 😀
