Whirlpool ADG720WH 6th Sense dishwasher

Hi, This 18 month old dishwasher is giving an unusual fault.
Switch on, select any program. The program time length is displayed. Then press start. Momentarily 0:06 is displayed followed by the cycling dashes. After which 0:06 pops up again and counts down to 0:00 with all of the display icons lit. Then END is displayed. I’m wondering if this has been set to demo mode. Customer says it only happened after the child lock was set accidentally and then released, probably after a lot of button fiddling. Has anyone had similar issues?

from that model I am getting a 2008 machine with a mechanical timer

have you got the 12Nc number or can you double check that number

just found an ADG7200 that may be more like it

Thanks for the info.
I think it’s slightly different though.
The model is definitely ADG720WH (8511 570 15023) freestanding dishwasher.
It has a center rectangular display, four buttons to the left, four to the right and the pulsing circular 6th sense led below the center display.
Does it sound like it’s in demo mode?

Thanks Dave, I’m always getting mixed up with ADG/ADP.
I’ll give the test program a go and see if that sheds any light.
