Whirlpool ADG722 dishwasher

Hi,

The washer went off with no green light.

Moved the door to the partial open position & the light comes back on.

Move door closer to “closed” position & it goes off again.

Have managed to close door & it’s working but obviously an electrical fault.

how do I rermove top white plastic door cover to take a look at connections?

Decor door off, door outer panel off, then the screws for the control panel. Worth checking the wiring at the hinge pivot point at the same time.

Power off first.
