    Anyone know what the part number of the plastic cap thing that sits in the roof of the cabinet.

    And what the hell is the hole for in the first place. ??

    Part number 4812 462 78998

    It’s there to blank the hole where a steam condensing chamber is fitted to some higher end models 😀

    now i know what this is for seemed a bit silly to make a hole in the roof of a machine full of hot water and steam and plug it with a flexible bung. keeps us in a job seeling the darn things back in when they fall out
