Whirlpool ADG7440 4 beeps

Had a customer on the blower who has a Whirlpool integrated d’washer, runs for say 10 minutes the beeps 4 times, i suspected heater done but she says when she opens door theres steam coming out. Looking in fault section it means drainage failure, she says when she resets programme it empties no probs & refills.. Any ideas?

It ain’t the beeps, it’s the flashes she needs to count.

4 flshes no draining

check membraam switch big round one
check drainpump ea hoses for blockage
or if it has a optical switch clean the switch or replace it

if it goes wrong after 10 minutes check temp probe little probe clips in underneath the sump has 2 blue wires

and remember” tablets” and even to much salt
or even washingup liquiet
