Hi, to all, recently had a problem with washer not heating water,,, had the heater checked, engineer told me was OK, was to find out how much ‘control card’ was, and as yet, did no get back to me. Any of you experienced talented people any idea of what and where i am looking to install myself?

Three different versions, two different pcbs. 12nc number required to identify correct board. It’s housed in the contol panel at the top of the door. It’s an odd fault – heater is by far and away the more common failure, followed by the occasional breakage of the wiring in the door.
