Whirlpool adg7470/1 8542 747 15001 Reset after fault

Hi guys was at a Whirlpool dishwasher error F08 and not draining i took a bit of glass out the pump, but i cannot get it to clear the fault according the instruction book the fault is not draining, blocked filters or syphon stuck once you have fixed open door press cancel/pause and close the door should clear the fault code but this bugger wont reset anybody any clues on this one.JJ

Could try entering test program

Press and hold program button for 5 seconds until 4 cycle LEDs light up
Still pressing program button press the start button twice 2nd LED from left should light
Release program button
Service program should now start
Now stored errors will be displayed
After displaying errors ECO led will flash for 10sec and pressing select button should now delete stored errors.

Chris you were spot on thanks very much, i tried pressing buttons on all sorts of ways trying to get it out.
