WHIRLPOOL ADG7470/1 854274715001 WONT FILL 8 FLASHES

Hi gents
adg7470/1 wont fill flashing 8 times valve ok suspect pcb are these pcb programmed when you get them or unprogrammed connect say programmed yoda what does that mean do you have to fire them up before you can use them if so does anyone have imfo to do this cheers alro or have i missed an easy repair and its something else

Has been suggested it could be the wash pump as the current drawn my this is monitored and apparently informs the pcb that the machine has emptied or not… we will see.
