This is a whirlpool adg7540/1 that stops and beeps just after the pre wash has finished. The light flashes 7 times which according to the tech off sios, means a faulty flow meter. the parts list however does not list a flow meter or anything similar. Where and what is it? and a part number if poss.
    Thanks in advance.
    Mark.

Flow meter is actually a pressure switch, located on the left side of the bowl. Sorry, don’t have parts list here.

The flow meter on this appliance is built into the monoblock, it is a little propeller that turns against a reed switch and tells the cpu how much water has passed into the machine. Not an item that goes that often so I would be checking the inlet pressure first before buying a monoblock. Part no 481241868149

Can’t remember offhand the list of faults for seven flashes, however, if you post the 12NC I’ll look it up on the S.A.M and post the results

OK, looked up the S.A.M. using another machine i’m going to tomorrow and F7 = Flow meter failure. Inlet valve defect or water inlet hose blocked. I’ve also had this error where the drain hose was too low or siphoning.

    Hope this helps.

I wonder if one of the Whirlpool service patners would be good enough to post up the error codes for some of the Whirlpool machines in the trade technical forum under “known error codes”.

Or send them to me and I’ll do it.

If I remember to bring the S.A.M. in from the van I’ll post the error codes over the weekend.
