whirlpool adg7560/1 top stray arm feed hose diconnecting

i have a whirlpool wdg7560/1 851175615900

the spray arm feed pipe running from the bottom at the rear of the filter cone, up the back and over the top feeding both top feed arms keeps disconnecting at the base lowering the water pressure and causing wash issues.

the pipe easily into the base and tends to run for a few weeks until it comes out again.

the fault has happened 3 times now and i cant find any faults with the pipe or other connecting parts.

can anyone help me out as I’m not to sure whether there is meant to be a securing clip that may have been binned by the customer accidentally ad i cant seem to find the exploded diagram

Normally you will find that one or both of the tabs on the cover plate have broken and you will need to replace the cover plate
Pt No. 481241818341.
They also do a service clip to hold the pipe in place but I have never had to use one myself – Pt No. 481010437349
