    Been at a Whirlpool dishwasher reported fault was not draining, when i arrived the customer had drained manualy, i found water in base i drained checked the pump, and tried to reset the pcb to test but i am unable to reset it continues to flash 7 times which i ssume is a flow meter fault, what is puzzling me is i cannot clear this fault to try and test, can anybody help please JJ

    Just a thought.. If the flow meter has electrical contacts and those are not sending a signal to the board, effectively the board would think that the flow meter is not there and immediately fault out.. Is it preventing reset for the fact that it cannot detect the meter
