    Good evening chaps,

I’d appreciate some advice concerning the above dishwasher, which is bringing up the F6 fault. I have changed the flow meter, despite the old one pulsing away merrily, and sure enough the fault remains. The machine does fill and will run for about 3-4 minutes before the fault condition arises.

This is the one with the optical sensor rather than the diaphragm switch and has a flow diverter set-up as well.

    All rather odd.

    12nc is 8512 810 15812.

    Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Chris,
    P45.

    Hi Chris,

I assume that the 12nc should start with 8542** so I have sent you the relevant info.

Thank you John, much appreciated. Daisbiz, you are quite correct, the glasses are becoming more neccessary with each passing day.

Tech info received confirms what I already know – flow meter, filters, diaphragm switch (Not fitted) etc, yet the fault does not conform to the data; it occurs several minutes after the fill sequence completes.

    Somewhat puzzled….

    Hi Chris,

Assuming that the water is at the correct level, the wash pump is running and that there is no damage to the harness the only other components that I could see that would cause this would be the OWI switch or a control board.
