Went to this one today……customer said not doing anything at all….on first inspection programmer appeared to be locked on one program and pressing all buttons made no difference…….so I did reset of start button and things seemed fine…..ran a full test cycle which completed sucessfully
but when I choose a program say rinse, appliance seems to try to empty for 12 mins or so and then just stops!

Checked sump in case of leak…but ok……bit mistified why it would
    complete a test though?

    Any ideas welcomed

    cheers col

Ouch. Not a nice one to get. If you’re not getting any error code coming up then I’d suspect that the pcb software has become a bit scrambled. The test software is sperate to the main software and the test routines may still be ok. If you can get access to a SAM you could try rewriting the software to the pcb. If not it could be an expensive “try and see” with the pcb.
