    Appliance locked up mid cycle. Will not reset. No flashing lights. One of the programme lights stuck on but not flashing. None of the control buttons will work (except on/off!)

    Figured module fault, sent to QER, but returned unable to repair they cant do this particular board.

    Before I spend wods of cash on a replacement board, am I barking up the correct tree?

    Hi,

    Faults with these are pressure switch, ntc, lower module card. Ntc failure is usually single one second flash on and off, lower card impossible to test without a sam module, I don’t think they are available outside of the whirlpool network.

    Please post the 12 nc number of the appliance and I’ll check my old stock for you to see if I have the lower card.
