Hi guys
My last job before a 2 week break was this Whirlpool integrated dishwasher.
The door is dropping straight down at 100mph!!!
It has to be one of the worst fitted dishwashers I’ve ever seen and didn’t fancy spending an hour dragging it out at 7 tonight.
Never done one of these before.
I managed to pull it out slightly and noticed a plastic half moon shape. Found out its called a door break. Should this be loose or should it be attached to the band brake?Re: Whirlpool ADG957
Should slot into a hole in the side strut, parts needed would be (5031682991527 Door Brake)(5031682991312 Lever brake) and to be on the safe side (5031684771073 Door Spring) and (5031682991596 Hinge Hook) most times its the Door Brake and Lever Brake that is broken but having the spring and hook can come in handy
