    I have an intergrated Whirlpool ADG957 – about 5 years old

    For some reason the rinse aid compartment is just not releasing the rinse aid during the wash cycle – the plastic level indicator just remains on full which obviously means that the dishes are not cleaning very well.

    It is cleaned regularly and I’m not sure what to do now

    Any help would be much appreciated

    A close inspection of the back of the dispenser will prolly reveal all…the plunger inside it may have stuck, or there may be a broken/disconnected linkage. If you take the door apart (careful of sharp edges) you will see the back of the unit 😉
