Hi, this is the first time I have done this, so please bear with me. the last time my dishwasher broke down I gave it to my daughter, and said you can have it if you pay for the repair, to which a man came out and pressed a button, charged £15.00 for the call-out, and I ended up buying a new dishwasher. 😳

The problem this time is, it starts, water flows in, water flows out, it stops, then the light flashes 7 times. Please will someone take pity on my poor husbands dishwashed hands, and my mental strain.

    Kind regards,
    Sue

7 flashes would indicate a problem with the flow meter, the pcb or the associated wiring.

You would need an engineer to sort it for you, it’s most likely to be a poor contact on the flow meter which is easily (and cheaply) rectified.. If it’s any more then the engineer should be able to advise you before you commit yourself further.

Try the link below to see if there’s an engineer near you?
