Nope… Regular pulsing is always a PCB fault; this may have been caused by the water leak short circuit. Hose out of circulation pump is always the prime suspect; replacing both pump and pcb is not a cost effective repair.

The Black Circular switch in the sump was bunged up socleaned it but no change.Put it all back together last night, had planned to call out an engineer. This morning it ran a rince cycle with no problems, so tried to run a hot wash.It is sitting at the what seams to be the pump out stage, pulsing at 2 sec. rate.Does this confirm the board dignosis.

Yup, ‘fraid so. If you listen crefully, you’ll probably hear a relay clicking in and out on the circuit board.
