    Hi
    My dishwasher is about 2 yrs old and still works but wheen the cycle is started, the power surges on and off to the washer.
    Unsure if their is a pump problem, or something is starting to fail??
    Once it gets beyond this (after about 5 mins), it then seems to work okay?
    Can anyone help?

    I’ve no solutions to your problem, but have exactly the same symptoms on a Whirlpool DWF415. Did you get it sorted?

    Check for a flooded base. It’s the most likely cause.

    Bump!

    By flooded base do you mean we should see a lot of water left in the bottom of the machine?
