We just moved house and the dishwasher worked fine but since moving it seems stuck in a programme,how do i resolve this matter?

Will it drain the water out if you cancel the programme? If not you need to check the under sink plumbing to make sure the outlet pipe from the dishwasher has not been fitted to a blanked off waste pipe.

It drains okay but it won’ let me cancel it just seems to be stuck in some programme .I tried the 3 second holding the reset button as advised by Whirlpool its shows as ended but nothing changes the motors keep going but the red light and two green ones stay on and i need to turn it off.

Was it kept upright when it was moved. If it was laid in the wrong position then it’s possible that some water may have got into places it shouldn’t. When it sticks are any of the lights flashing?

It was upright,the light above the on/off indicator stays green,rinse aid level stays red,salt level stays red,wash light stays green. If i put water in it pumps it out. I just can’t stop or change the programme and i don’t want to leave it running without water in case it burns out the motor
