    Hi

    my ADP7966 will not prewash. Machine fills normally but the arms don’t go round. If the top basket is removed water comes out of the holes the basket clips into.

    I have read some other posts and tried the suggestions, but still no joy.

    the motor sounds the same as it always has so I am stumped.
    Any help would be greatfully recieved.

    It has now got error F3 after doing it’s cycle with the start button flashing fast 3 times.

    Is this a major fault and what kind of cost ami looking at??

    F3 is a heating defect, either heater, poor connections or at worst the PCB.

    Not an easy one to remotely diagnose I’m afraid so it may be best to ask an engineer to attend and advise, check the repairs@ link below 🙂
