    Symptoms:
    Machine starts:water is pumped out
    Water then pumped in
Sequence begins and water is actually reaching all of the arms but they do not turn.
(I positioned all the arms before start and then opened the door mid cycle).
Eventually the machine stops with the Spray light (most LHS front door icon) flashing continually.

I’ve checked for blockages etc in the arms: All clear.

I’ve read the Troubleshooting guide and the fault seems to be lack of pressure.

Now need some assistance to ID the faulty part.

With this model what is the most likely cause?
Does it have a “C” tube?

Where is the main recirculation motor located? I have the bottom kick panel off.

    Thanks

Possible that the impellor has sheared off in the pump housing – new motor would be be required. It’s in the bottom, at the back.

If it has failed, posting the 12nc number (the one that starts with 8 ) will help us to identify any parts required.

Power off before going in, please.

    Thank you for the reply.

I’ll be ‘going in’ (unplugged 8) ) at the weekend probably and will reply with findings.
