Whirlpool ADP4403

Does anybody know what causes this fault on a whirlpool ADP4403, at the start of the programe it drains okay, but when it should fill it pulses on and of what i assume is the drain pump with the on off light flashing but not indicating a fault code, cheers JJ

the on off light flashing is the fault code,how many times does it flash ?

if it just appears to be flashing continuously ,it will be the ntc as 1 flash tends to look like light is flashing continuously.

I had one of these with a similar fault continuous flashing and pulsing but if left would eventually carry on the cycle, tested components and replaced NTC but was unable to clear the fault. after finding another thread on here it appears that other engineers have had the same problem and pointed back to the control board but owing to the cost I don’t think anyone changed one. My customer decided to put up with the fault and as far as I know she still has the machine.
