Hello again, we have got a new dishwasher ADP6946 as a replacement for a faulty dishwasher. Our new one now has a delay in power when the dishwasher is switched on and after a minute, it flashes F5.
    Any ideas?

Unless they’ve changed their fault codes it’s reporting a blocked spray arm.
As it’s a new machine I can only suggest calling and getting an engineer out to it.

    Hello !
I’m french and also look after a solution for this poblem.
I received my dish washer completely new and it got the same problem.
unfortunally, the brand is uncapable to provid etechnical informations to repair man, provide wrong information about the error code ( I’m sure that’ you’ve checked that your spray arm is running well…).
My dishwashe felt in work after been tested by the reparator. The only things I changed is the position of water stop located in the water incoming. It was previously horizontal ( because on the floor, with an extention ). Now it is vrtical.
Don’t ask me how it can change anything, I’m reduced to watch the difference : now it works ( pretty well !! ).Another question : how long will it work ?

The fault cleared after I found a bit of food on the seal of the door. I`m guessing that F5 is door/latch related.
