Dishwasher with F6/7 fault. Machine now uplifted and in workshop. Fills to level and circ pump kicks in. Runs for about 2 mins then F6 faults.
Have stripped and checked inlet valve,ok. Now looking at a blue plug which is situated at the bottom of the air break assy. Not sure what im looking at but think it is the flow sensor. Behind it i can see an impellor/rotor assy. Is this the device which could be at fault? If so have you got a part number?

Checked the pressure switch at the bottom of the sump? Can’t remember if this model has one but take it out and clean it as it could be full of gunk. I had a similiar problem once and i think that cured it but could have been a different model.

OWI, not WI on this one – fault almost certainly relates to flow meter and it’s connections in the water matrix under the left hand side panel.

If the OWI was covered in dirt would it not affect it’s function. Don’t know if it was just a coincidence i cleaned a filthy one before and it worked ok afterwards. i gather it’s a sensor that needs to be clean.

Won’t do any harm……. F7 is specifically flow meter though.

F6 rears its ugly head again. Fitted new water matrix and it ran for 2 mins before faulting. Any ideas…module?
