Hi all, in response to a F3 fault code on my WHIRLPOOL ADP8000, I recently purchased and installed a SKU 481010518499 as prescribed. However, the appliance appears to be running hot. The wash cycles are completing and everything is coming out clean & dry. However, I have experienced a lot of cracked glassware since the repair and are too hot to touch for an extended period at the end of the cleaning cycle. All of “cracked” glasses were washed in the top drawer and had not suffered the same fate when the appliance was new.
I would expect a sensor fault if the temperature sensor were faulty. Is there a sensor calibration mode or reset function required after replacing the heater element?
    Thank you in advance.
