It was working yesterday evening and this morning nothing.

Some niggles it has been experiencing which may have contributed to power failure (ie no lights nothing)…. so is it actually dead or fixeable?

    1. start button used to flash sometimes (I press button down few seconds and it is fine)

    2. Some eaking on floor usually only on highest temperature wash

The wash has been fine. No major noises from the dishwasher.

Have tested fuse and is ok.

Main electric cable a rear looks ok from rear outside (not opebed up back)

Inside front looks ok and all connectors intact

Door seems to open and close ok

Just noticed there is a round white seal of sorts at the top of the dishwasher by the spinning water thing – this has a large hole in it and the rubber is all crumbling! (what is that for anyhow?)

Any advice really appreciated as not having a working dishwasher has put us both in very bad mood! (sad I know!)

    Thanks!

into first week of handwashing dishes… it’s a horrible world out there!

Any advice at all on anything else I could ‘test’ or look at to see cause of power failure?

    Pretty please???

The hole in the roof is the condensate vent, if it is broken, water/steam will run over the top into the base., where it could land on just about any component. Take the base panel off, visually inspect everything. The computer board is down there too.

The last totally dead one I went out to had a connector fallen off the selector board in the top of the door.

No easy solution to your question – it’s up to you to get in there and find something.

Stay safe, power off for anything other than observation.
