Whirlpool AKP511/WH/01 inner glass on door has come loose

Please help! The inner glass of my oven door has come loose. Neighbours have told me that they had their doors replaced because it was a fault in the design but I don’t know who to contact to get the door replaced. Any advise would be appreciated cos my children want a Christmas dinner!

Door inner complete is p/no 4819 442 28091, price £37.50 + VAT + P&P. You can order via the shop@ facility on UKW. Touch and go for Christmas though.
OR –
Get a tube of high temperature silicone sealant from the shop, strip the door and rebond the glass. All old sealant must be removed and the mating surfaces thoroughly degreased. Apply lots of sealant, sit the glass on and leave alone for 24 hours.

AND – don’t put the turkey on the door to baste it!

Hi, have you sorted out your whirlpool inner glass probelm?

I am having the same problem. Could you tell me how do you open the door up and then seal the glass again?
