    Can anyone let me have the circuit diagram and maybe even the manual for this oven please.
    I thought I’d fixed it, the bottom oven was dead but top oven ok. Now everything is working but the cooling fan for the bottom oven is not turning off.
    There does not seem to be anything wrong with the toc’s as far as I can tell. 😕

    Have you got the 12 digit number,might have similar but cant find the mod you gave although my sios cd is a few years old.

    There is a plate on the oven but it is totally unreadable, I got the model number off the instruction book that the customer had kept. This one has got 2 oven cavities each with their own cooling fans, it has 4 toc’s, 2 at the back of each cavity. It looks like the AKP802 from the front. Any info would be very helpful.

    Problem is sios disc is copyright protected,have to print it off then scan it,save it and email file.
    As I said they dont do manuals just diagrams and fault codes in sios.
    Struggling to see why the pdf hasn’t got through,I sent a copy of that to my other emails just to check and its fine 😕

    Just to clarify, I received a winmail.dat attachment that contained the PDF. I’d never come across winmail.dat before ( I’ve obviously led a sheltered life) so it took me a little while to work out how to open it. Once I’d done that it helped enormously, the reason for the fault was much easier to locate.
    I would just like to say thanks again to spimps for his time and all the help he gave me.
