WHIRLPOOL AKZ161/03IX m/o not heating to set temperature

I’ve been to look look at this oven as the customer said it doesn’t get hot enough. She told me that the problem started after a previous repair, when main board was replaced after a power cut had caused a breakdown. As she said it took the previous engineer hours to replace, I wonder should I be checking their work before replacing any parts? Does anyone have any service info that could help please?

You tell me! It’s the the reason I’ve posted this enquiry!
I’d like some service info or advice to help check this out. It seems odd that the problem only arose after the board was fitted (not by me or anyone I know).

hopefully someone can help.
Thinking about it I feel it could be a calibration issue. Apparently the previous repairer didn’t speak much English, so may not have read the instructions!!
