    Clumsy customer has somehow managed to break & lose both bits ,what I need is the pt# of the button that is used for the Lower oven to select & confirm different operations, it’s located 2nd in from the lhs ,in white plus the spring that goes behind it.

    This is the small button between the two big ones at the left, yes?

    4812 410 28991 – button complete.

    Cheers Chris, I think thats what they want, they just came into the shop with the manual & asked for that button, it was then passed onto to me via shop staff to sort out [as usual] so hopefully thats it .Once again cheers Chris.
